These two were my first session of the new year and I couldn't have asked for better clients. She was so detailed oriented and creative and had all sorts of fun ideas for her session. She even made her own New Year banner the night before. I was impressed! They were such a sweet couple and really easy to work with. The sweetest thing about them is that they have been together since Highschool. I am a sucker for old fashioned love stories! Thanks J and J for coming up to my neck of the woods and choosing me to capture your sweet spirit for the new year!
Blesssings!
xoxo

I've been hiding. I admit it. I've been burnt out and lacking inspiration. It's my own fault. I admit that too. Inspiration is everywhere and I found that when I hide, I miss out on a lot. Soooooooooo... with that confession comes the result.... I'm not hiding anymore. :) I'm catching up on many sessions that need to be on this blog. They need a place to be seen. Hiding them in a folder on my PC is no place for them.
So I'll start with a session that was done, well it seems like ages ago already, but I think it was just about a month ago.
These sweet models came from every story book to be a part of this snow-laden session in the forest. It was part of a group shoot from SoCalPhotogs.
Thank you for stopping by, and I've missed you! xoxo

A new mother's loving face. I looked over just in time to see Mommy adoring her three beautiful babies during our session. So sweet.
Please stop by Kelsey Anderson | Las Vegas Wedding Photographer to see her face photo this week and then follow the circle around to see what the rest of the group did. Have a great weekend! xoxo

I couldn't wait to meet these sisters. They were born a bit early and Mom and Dad weren't sure if they were going to do a session. When I got the call that they were home and they wanted to go ahead with it I was really excited. One - that I get to meet them and play with them all day and two I couldn't beleive that they were already home and so healthy. What a blessing! They were so teeny tiny. I had to make some emergency headbands for them the night before because I knew that none of my newborn headbands would fit. I put them all in my baby scale and the total weight was 15lbs. They were all so good for me too. I will say that triplets is definitely not a one man show. There was no way on the planet I could have posed them then backed away without help from my new friend and fellow photog Jovana and also their Mommy was always at the ready with a helping hand. The day was 6 hours, 3x my normal newborn session. Go figure. lol! I hope I get to see this family again, so sweet, and so blessed.

Miss Sophia came to visit me from a long way away, with her beautiful family on Monday. At first she really wasn't into our time together. She'd had a long night of no sleep and made Mom worry how the session would go. I admit I was a little worried too. But then we fed her, and soothed her, and OUT she went. She did a great job sleeping and looking beautiful so that I could capture these tiny moments of her new life. I can't wait until Mom and Dad get to see the rest but for now here is a little sneak peek. Thank you B family for coming to my neck of the woods and trusting me to capture this wonderful time in your lives! Talk to you soon! xoxo
