Hopeful Baby's Room {ABC Wall is finished!}
I shared a heartfelt post a little while ago about our struggles with infertility and the long road it takes to get to adoption. I also shared the bedroom that we had prepared with the energy from all the hope we have to grow our family. I was just waiting on a few alphabet letters to arrive and wouldn't you know, the last letter to come was Z! haha! I made most of the letters myself with the exception of K, I, N, and Z. It was so super fun and if you want to know how to do it too maybe i'll do a blog post about it...that would be fun! Anyway, here is the room all finished and waiting for our hopefully someday, new baby! Thanks for stopping by! And for all the prayers and support!
And if this post seems rather random you can catch up on the whole story HERE.

Rebecca, this is BRILLIANT! I just may need to copy you :) I can't wait to hear the news that a little baby has filled this beautiful room. Many prayers to you and your family.
Oh how pretty! I have another friend that has a super sweet baby girl room all ready, just waiting for a little one to fill it. She and her hubby are doing an adoption ministry group at their church! I have loved seeing their faith throughout their journey and yours as well!
this is STUNNING. so sweet, fresh and absolutely gorgeous.
WOW, please come decorate my house.. this is just beautiful!!! You are so talented!!!
A baby would be lucky to have you for a mom, so hold on to your hope and some day hopefully it will be more than a dream.
I'm back! I would love a tutorial, or at least a share as to where you found all of the different letters in different fonts. I think this would look awesome in our playroom in primary colors.
This is just amazing! Love all of the different fonts and colors! Simply gorgeous!
Love that bear, too! I want one ;)
Hi Laurie! I got a lot of the letters from JoAnns, ours has a variety of different size cardboard letters and wood letters, different fonts too. I used some crackle and then some acrylic paints, wood appliques from ebay, ric rac, I lined a few of them with fabric, I lined one with scrapbook paper in layers, for the A I used buttons and burlap covering a canvas from joannes. I also bought canvas and stenciled letters that I printed from Google images for a few of them...hmm, what else...If you have any more questions just email me....hope that helps!
Rebecca, that room is absolutely gorgeous! I love everything about it. You are seriously talented!
